Just upgraded to Yosemite and it seems like the Jitouch extension is asking me to 'Enable access for assistive devices', it is opening the System preferences for me and it has already places System preferences on the list of apps that can use the assistive devices.
Everything seems to look OK but after each reboot, I get the same alert message, and clicking OK takes me back to System preferences to 'Enable access for assistive devices'.

But where exactly is the 'Enable access for assistive devices' box to be ticked?
